My sisters and I inherited my father’s residence and as the executor of his trust, it was my responsibility to sell the residence. Miguel was recommended to me by the trust’s estate attorney because he had a good track record with luxury homes.
Miguel met me on the day that I contacted him and I hired him on the spot because of his appreciation of what my father had created and the self-assurance he showed on how to market a unique residence. Miguel and his team put together an excellent marketing plan that even included an agent doing a video that was shown on YouTube discussing the residence from a helicopter as he flew in to land on the property’s helicopter pad.
While the campaign got off to a slow start in the fall, showings really picked up after the first of the year, and this when we most appreciated Miguel’s efforts. He always placed the trust’s interests first and kept me well informed as we went through a flurry of offers. His sage advice was greatly appreciated as we evaluated each of the offers.
